Ingredients:

- 250 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cubed

- 2 tbsp oil or ghee (clarified butter)

- 2 onions, finely chopped

- 1 tsp ginger paste

- 1 tsp garlic paste

- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1 tsp garam masala powder

- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup fresh cream

- Salt to taste

- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish


Instructions:

1. Heat the oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

3. Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

4. Add the cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well and sauté for a minute.

5. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.

6. Add the cubed paneer and mix well with the masala.

7. Add the fresh cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
